I love Tai Chi. For this week, I decided to start moving again – I feel more up to it. I have a bunch of DVDs for beginners, and I also found this website that’s helping me work on learning the movements: http://www.everyday-taichi.com/

I’m not very good at it, in some ways, because I don’t have the movements memorised, and in some cases, I’m just trying to figure out how to move my body, and tie that movement to a name. Well, it’s a good learning experience, anyway. I figure a good 15 minutes a day, maybe not EVERY DAY, but at least 5 days this week, would be reasonable for this. I’m still learning, and I don’t even know about the forms and styles, and I can barely get out of my own way.
