Jeeezzz…. I got behind on my wrap-up and posting… life goes way too fast. The Tai Chi I had variable success with. I love it, I love doing it… but since I’m such a rank beginner, I’m still just learning poses and trying to get more fit just to be able to DO it. What I mean by this, is I’m not getting into flow. I’m not smoothly and automatically flowing from one pose to another, breathing and moving and flowing, like, ideally, Tai Chi is really about. I can see this is something I need to practice, accept my limitations physically, and stay in process to gradually improve the skill. I actually need to work on breathing; on learning the poses, and on honing balance and stamina. I need time and patience to do this, and already, it’s time to move on to the next week’s set.
