My general approach to the Nine Virtues
I’ve given this some thought. I believe that in all things there must be balance; I tend to go to extremes, and part of the evolution of my growth is to learn that there is a bright side, and there is too much so that what can be, or has the potential to be, positive, actually becomes a shadow and a negative thing. Therefore, in discussing the Virtues, I want to focus on both aspects, the bright and the dark, and how it plays out in my own life and practice.
