The first week of my meditation, grounding and centering at the computer each day before work, is now complete. This is really sad, but I had to struggle to REMEMBER to do this. I know habits aren’t built in a day, but, I found myself forgetting and saying ‘oh wait!’ – sometimes doing it later, and sometimes forgetting entirely. Daily is a discipline I’m going to really have to work up to.
The actual grounding and centering was not a problem, and it helped calm and centre me, as it is supposed to do. It is something I am used to doing, especially before ritual time or when I am highly, highly stressed, so did I experience lots of new sensations or changes? No. For me, the main thing is DO IT!!!! I explained in the week’s start, in an early post, how I did this, what breathing pattern I used, etc.
